Lately, in a high demand area, I've noticed that IC will offer a delivery time...but there's no way to select it. It's grayed out.Instacart should care about their customers and their shoppers - they keep hiring scammers or bot users and doing nothing about customers who take advantage of the fraud process instead of actually pooling in resources to find better counteractive measures to prevent scammers/bad shoppers/bot users from using their app.This is still happening to me and I have contacted Instacart help via chat 4 times and had it escalated and no one can seem to figure out what is going wrong. It's never happened before. One rep had me delete my order and create a new order and it still did it.
