Slightly vibrational, but injection pump tweaks and fluid dampers work wonders on these things. For a 1 ton truck, I would NEVER use a 4bt. They have a 4 cylinder cummins diesel and there transmission is dimmensionaly the same as the 4l80e. Since the 4bt and the 6bt share the same bellhousing, you can take the 4bt bellhousing and bolt it onto the 6bt. Then bolt the bellhousing to the 4l80e. I'm 99% sure this works.
