Here's the washer pump location on my '88. It's in that round cylinder on the bottom of the tank. There's a small clip in there you need to pull out with a small pick and then the motor slides right out. On an LX, you might be able to reach up and do it all without pulling the fender liner. Found solution to this problem Hose was bending near bonnet hinge and finally cracked and broke. Solution was to insert reticulation joiner (very small size) and a little supper glue. All works perfect now.
