Now that I’m going from an account with 13000 SHD level to this it’s really opened my eyes to how broken the system is. The dark zone is pretty much unplayable for me until I catch up with that level which is definitely a chore. Division 3 needs to do away with this system or new players will leave without giving the game a second thought.The overall goal for the SHD leveling is 1000. My health boost from the SHD level is maxed out to +44,562. Total health with the current build without health mods is 346k. To get it that high, got to grind the game and have better builds.
