My older PB grill has Smoke, 200, 225, 250 and then goes up in 50 degree increments but my vertical Pit Boss does 25. If it does use 50 degrees that is a bit disappointing. Hmm. ok maybe it does 200,225 then 250. i only tried 250- 300+. I will give it a shot.
