Printed, dispatch, documents received at Toronto- August 26,2022. Counter delivery to BLS Counter after OCI stamping- August 29,2022. An OCI Cardholder is now only required to upload a copy of the new passport containing the photo of the OCI Cardholder and a latest photo on the online system under OCI Miscellaneous Services each time a new passport is issued upto 20 years of age and once after completing 50 years of age. Processing Time:-Persons of Indian Origin: 8-10 weeks from the date of physical submission of application at the Consulate. Foreign Spouse Category: There is no fixed timeline for processing OCI applications under Foreign Spouse category as processing time depends on receipt of clearances from various authorities in India. *****
