OMAHA — A judge has ruled that an Omaha man convicted of killing four people in the summer of 2013 is mentally fit enough to face a death penalty hearing.Lori Jenkins is not a new name to the news headlines. She is the mother of Nikko Jenkins, a convicted four-time killer. Like her son, Lori is in prison serving a 10 year federal sentence for being an accessory in a felony.
