The POF rifles don't utilize any springs in the piston system, thereby eliminating a possible point of failure. On the other hand, the LWRC does use springs. LWRC considers 1.25moa to be acceptable accuracy whereas POF rifles as easily capable of 3/4 moa or better, given the shooter does their part.Overall the Sig is just longer and heavier than a standard 16" AR-15. Strip down of the Sig is extremely simple and would seem to be easier to clean, but this may be a moot point with a piston AR setup. Sig is solid, but there are some who question the first run guns. LWRC has a good reputation for their quality and gas piston AR's.The upper and lower receivers are designed to accommodate the slightly larger polymer magazine and to perfect the feed geometry for the 6.8 cartridge.
