It’s kinda ‘known’ that LHI is the company nobody wants. 9.But my guy was definitely on the "treat the vet like an individual" and not one of those horror stories of "just another number" some may have experienced in the past with other stuff related to the VA. There are several contract vendors doing VA exams, and LHI is one of the better ones. You should be fine.

I had an ACE exam through LHI on 9 Nov, VA closed out gathering evidence stage on 11 Nov, and my claim was approved on 16 Nov. I've been waiting over 30 days.
