Dr. Douglas L. Stringer, age 79, passed away December 23, 2021 in Panama City, FL. He was born in Wichita Falls, Texas to the late Merle Preston and Isabel (Hendericks) Stringer. Doug was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Dr. Merle Stringer, and son Dr. Matthew Stringer. Dr. Stringer served as a pillar of the community for forty years.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, June 18, 2021, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
