It's held in by a roll pin near the back of the frame. Sooooo, like 8+ years ago when I got my first P11, I fought with the annoying and all-too-common magazine rattle with my 10-round mags. The solution for me at the time was to simply lop off all four magazine follower legs (leaving just a little bit for the spring to seat upon, as I recall).
