For my money - the front differential will keep on a 20,000 mile interval.Estimating the material cost for the fluids and washers and such, I'd say that would be around $120-140. That'd be $320ish for labor. Takes me about 1.5-2 hours at home to do transfer case, rear diff, and oil/filter with me being a bit slow and inexperienced. Obviously there's also tool cost, but can't factor that in easily since it varies.Transmission fluid also does not need change.
