Installed costs seem to run in the $20,000 and up range. You can buy new 4bt 3.9 engines from China. Still not cheap and you'd need to work out the normal things just like any swap. I sort of lean more for the American built 4bt which is getting kind of scarce but there are a few around.Cummins R2.8 Repower.
