Voidforge is a solid choice, but I would mix and match pieces from various sets if I were you so that all 5 pieces provide the same bonus (which ever your thrall needs most, damage or health).Due to shitty dodge mechanics, light and medium are basically useless except for as a starting armor when you can't make anything better.
