When I try to adjust the points to the recommended .016 gap, the closest I can get is .026 even after turning the adjustment screw the whole way in. It started right up, ran for 15 minutes and quit. No spark to the plugs! I am getting maybe one good spark right as I turn the key and then nothing while I crank. 3.7 to 4.6 ohms on the primary (at 68 degrees Fahrenheit - engine cool). 34.02K to 41.6K ohms on the secondary (at 68 degrees Fahrenheit - engine cool).
