You can do this with most every buff, take Dark Blade I do not recall there being one in DS3. At 60/60 int and faith a crystal soul spear with +10 court sorcerer staff has 727 AR. A crystal soul spear with the Crystal Chime has 693 AR. Also keep in mind that the chime doesn't have the self buff, so court sorcerer has even more damage.
