I have a Moen kitchen faucet where the sprayer diverter is in the faucet, and the single handle is separate. The sprayer pulses, doesn't shut off completely, and water leaks from around the faucet itself. I suspect it's the diverter model 14960, but don't know how to remove it.Moen will send you one, call 1800buymoen and run through the prompts for WARRANTY.
